Dr. Perlot has a team that is extremely energetic and dedicated to the best in orthodontic care. All have had braces, so they can help with any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Perlot and his team attend at least one continuing education meeting a year. This way everyone stays current with changes and new procedures in orthodontics.  Deanne, Front Office and Treatment Coordinator ~ I have been in the dental field since 1999. As a part of Dr. Perlot’s Team I have a variety of duties. I am Treatment Coordinator with Kim and I am the one who will greet you and make your appointments. You may even see me at your initial exam where we take your photos, x-rays, and present your treatment plan. You just never know where I'll pop up!  Joanne, Financial Coordinator ~ I've been in the orthodontic field since August 1998. I've been in the dental field for 30 years, first as a Certified Dental Assistant, then Receptionist/Financial Coordinator. I enjoy the financial end of the practice. The most gratifying day comes when we see our patients flash their wonderful smile at us! Kim, Treatment Coordinator ~ I started as an orthodontic assistant in Olympia in 2000. Prior to that I was a military wife and had the opportunity to work for orthodontist all over the world. I am now Dr. Perlot’s Treatment Coordinator. Deanne and I will introduce and explain your orthodontic treatment, as well as monitor your progress. We are always here to answer your questions regarding treatment. Several times a month, I travel to other dental offices to help promote straight teeth and answer orthodontic questions.   Katie, Orthodontic Assistant ~ I first became interested in orthodontics when I was 14 and got my braces on at Dr. Sapp’s office. Since then I went to dental assisting school and completed my internship here, which turned into a full time position. Now I get to help create YOUR beautiful smiles! In my time off I enjoy playing with "the kids" (five dogs, two horses, four cats, two goats and 46 chickens) I also enjoy hunting in Montana.
